Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were like a beautiful apartment for my family, really spacious, and clean, with its own boiler allowing full control over heating and unlimited hot water. However, the view was restricted as the building was next to the access well, so we had to keep the curtains closed. The service was so helpful and the location, though great near tourist areas, had a bit of a challenge with the uphill walk at the end of a long day. The dining experience was outstanding with a variety of food options every day. Overall, a wonderful stay with minor inconveniences.
The hotel offers great value with comfortable rooms featuring an extremely cozy bed and period furniture. The individual boiler provides full control over heating, along with unlimited hot water, though cleanliness could be improved. The service is outstanding with a highly welcoming and helpful staff who even assisted in making a booking for a large group at another venue. The location is fantastic, close to Prague Castle and other key attractions, but might not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to steep hills nearby. The dining experience, while pleasant, could benefit from a more diverse menu. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Prague.
The hotel offers a spacious, light, and sunny atmosphere with historical charm, providing a rare find of a room that matches its online depiction. The amenities are up to standard, but the actual look may not entirely match the pictures. The location is excellent for exploring Prague, being close to the Prague Castle and main tram spots, though accessibility might be challenging for those with mobility issues. The dining experience offers a rich and varied menu, perfect for both sweet and savory preferences with daily changes. The facilities are well-maintained and offer a comfortable stay.
I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and had useful amenities, though a bit noisy. The service was nice and responsive, assisting with taxi issues promptly. The location was great for tourists but uphill. The dining had a good selection, but not very hot. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is situated in a charming narrow street close to many attractions in Prague city center. The rooms offer ample space but face an access well, requiring closed curtains throughout. The service is mostly great, particularly the morning shift, while some staff members could benefit from additional training. The location, although up a hill, provides easy access to the old town and castle complex. The dining experience offers a variety of high-quality options. The facilities are satisfactory but lack some conveniences.
